FRENCH FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 sm. box corn bread mix
1 egg
Enough milk to make batter
1 lg. head cauliflower

Clean cauliflower and cut into small or medium-size flowers. Mix cornbread mix with egg and milk to the consistency of pancake batter.

Cook in deep fryer on 400 degrees until golden brown (approximately 5 minutes). Drain on paper towels; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
