BUTTERMILK NOODLE PUDDING 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. med. noodles, cooked and drained
1 qt. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter, melted
Pinch of salt
4 lg. or 5 med. eggs
1/2 c. sugar (1/4 c. for less sweet)
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 c. brown sugar (1/2 c. for less sweet)
2 tbsp. butter

Combine noodles with buttermilk, melted butter, salt, beaten eggs and sugar. Turn into a buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with mixture of corn flakes, brown sugar and butter. Bake 30 minutes longer. Let stand 20 minutes before serving. Makes 12 to 16 servings. May be frozen.
