1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper Mix (Cheeseburger Macaroni)
2 3/4 c. water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut into cubes

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse frozen broccoli under running cold water to separate; drain. Cook and stir ground beef in 10 inch skillet until brown; drain. Stir in broccoli, macaroni, sauce mix, water and cream cheese.

Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until cream cheese is melted. Pour into ungreased 2 quart round casserole or rectangular baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Bake, uncovered, until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Stir.
