CRYSTAL'S PORK NOODLES | |
1 (16 oz.) box spaghetti or thin spaghetti noodles 1 or 2 ham steaks or cubed ham (cut up ham steak) 1 bunch of green onions or scallions (cut up) 6 to 8 eggs (fried up or scrambled) soy sauce (optional) non-stick cooking spray (Pam) 2 tbsp. vegetable oil (for noodles) Cook the noodles according to the package directions, or until they are done (I add 2 tablespoons oil to the water to prevent sticking). Drain noodles in a colander, or strainer. Set the noodles aside. In skillet or frying pan spray with non-stick cooking spray and fry or scramble the eggs until done. Set aside in a bowl for serving. Cut up ham steaks into bite size pieces and spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and fry until brown and or done. Cut up green onions or scallions on a cutting board, using all but the top of the scallions or green onions. Put all ingredients in their separate bowls. On plates arrange first the spaghetti noodles, then the ham, then the eggs and then the scallions. Or however desired to arrange or mix all ingredients on each plate. Makes 4 (or more) servings.
