SOUP BURGERS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. garlic chives
1 can vegetable soup
1 tsp. yellow mustard

Brown ground meat, onions, pepper and herbs. Add vegetable soup (undiluted) and simmer a few minutes to blend flavors. Stir in mustard. Serve on buns.
