3" thick sirloin Adolph's tenderizer (plenty on both sides)
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire
Sprinkle garlic salt

Marinate about 4 hours. Charcoal broil and spoon remaining sauce on as you cook.
