2 1/2 c. boiling water or boiling apple juice

Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid. Pour into 13"x9" pan. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Dip pan in warm water for about 15 seconds. Cut into squares or use small cookie cutters.
