EGG FOO YUNG 
Beat 6 eggs. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper. Stir in Rice-a-Roni that has been prepared according to directions. Also add 1 can bean sprouts, and 1/4 cup chopped onion. Drop 1/3 cup on hot skillet and brown.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water

Prepare and top Egg Foo Yung with it.
