SWEET HONEY BREAD 
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. honey
1 c. skim or 1% milk
3 tbsp. oil or melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
Nonstick cooking spray

Combine all ingredients in an electric mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Coat a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer bread mixture to pan and bake 1 hour or until toothpick or knife comes out clean. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Number of serving: 20 slices; Number of fat grams per serving: 2.6 g per slice.
