GARDEN FRESH PIZZA | |
1 can cooked oatmeal 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) 2/3 c. milk 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 c. sliced mushrooms 1 med. green, red, or yellow bell pepper, cut into rings 1 c. thinly sliced zucchini 1/2 c. sliced black olives Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Put oats in blender and blend 1 minute - stir occasionally. Combine oats, flour, baking powder and salt and add milk and oil - stir with fork until mixture forms ball. Knead on lightly floured board 10 times. Grease fingers and press into pan - shape edge to form rim. Bake 15-18 minutes until lightly browned. Spread pizza sauce over partially baked crust - top with 3/4 cup cheese. Top with vegetables and remaining cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. 8 servings. |
