CHEESE ROLL 
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Dash of cayenne pepper

Blend cheese together in bowl. Add garlic salt and chopped nuts. Form into 2 rolls. Mix paprika, chili powder and cayenne pepper together on foil. Roll cheese roll in paprika mixture until covered. Wrap in foil. Chill until firm. Slice into thin slices. Serve with crackers.
