LIVER GOURMET 
1 green pepper, cut up
1 lg. onion, cut up
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
Basil
Liver
1 egg
Bread crumbs
1 c. red wine
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. butter

Saute pepper, garlic, onions, oregano, basil in 1/4 cup oil. Remove with slotted spoon, put aside. Dip liver in egg, and bread crumbs. Lightly brown on one side. Turn over then put other ingredients back. Pour wine and let simmer 5 minutes.
