C.'S SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 jar tuscan peppers, no juice (pepperiani)
1-2 Bermuda onions, thinly sliced
1-2 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
1 c. Parmesan and romano cheese
Oregano to taste
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Rub a large salad bowl with garlic. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Mix oil and vinegar, stir in sugar and oregano. Add dressing to salad and toss. Sprinkle with grated cheese and toss again.
