FESTIVE FISH FILLETS 
2 lbs. fish fillets, fresh or frozen
1/2 c. commercial French dressing
1 1/2 c. crushed cheeze crackers
2 tbsp. melted
Paprika

Skin fillets and cut into serving-size portions.

Dip fish into dressing and roll into cracker crumbs.

Place on well greased cookie sheet.

Drizzle butter over fish.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until fish FLAKES easily with a fork.

Yields: 6 servings
