ALOHA CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (mixed according to directions)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, softened
1 c. shredded coconut

Mix cake mix per directions on package and pour into a cookie sheet pan at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep. Cool cake. Mix cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat and slowly add 1 cup milk and vanilla pudding package. Spread mixture on top of cake. Drain pineapple and spread on pudding mixture. Then spread the Cool Whip on top of pineapple. Then sprinkle coconut on top of the pineapple. Can also put on top: nuts, cherries or strawberries. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Should settle for about 1 hour.
