HAMBURGERS IN ONION GRAVY 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper
2 cans onion soup
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Mix beef and vegetables well. Season to taste. Brown well over hot skillet on both sides. Drain grease and pour in onion soup plus 1 can water. Transfer burgers back into gravy and simmer for 15 minutes.
