MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (NOT whole berries)
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 baked pie shells

Partly defrost strawberries. Put berries, sugar, salt, egg whites and lemon juice in large mixing bowl. Beat 10 to 15 minutes until stiff. Add vanilla and fold in Cool Whip. Pile lightly into 2 pie shells.

Freeze at least 2 hours. Garnish with berries and cream, if desired.
