SPICED SWEET POTATOES 
2 (16 or 17 oz.) cans vacuum packed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. nutmeg

In large bowl with potato masher or spoon, mash sweet potatoes. In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining ingredients; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; add mashed sweet potatoes; simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
