CHILI RELLENOS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. chopped onion
2 cans whole green chilis
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Garlic salt to taste
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Line casserole with chilis. Brown meat and onions, drain grease. Add Kitchen Bouquet, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Spoon meat mixture over green chilis. Cover with cheese. Beat eggs and 2nd 1/2 teaspoon salt and milk together. Pour onto casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
