EASY OVEN LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1 jar (32 oz.) marinara sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (8 oz.) lasagna
1 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
12 oz. mozzarella or Monterey Jack
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef, drain. Add water, sauce and salt; bring to boil. In 2 quart (11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch) baking dish, layer sauce, uncooked lasagna, ricotta and mozzarella; repeat layers, ending with sauce. Garnish with mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover with foil.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or cover dish with waxed paper and microwave 25 minutes, turning once. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting into squares. Freeze after baking for best results. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
