CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (5 oz.) sharp cheese spread
5 oz. blue cheese spread
Dash of garlic salt
1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Have all cheese at room temperature. Mix cheeses together. Add garlic salt and vinegar. Chill until can form into ball. Roll in 1 cup finely chopped pecans. Keep refrigerate. Can freeze.
