PEAR MOLD SALAD 
1 qt. pears, drained
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon or lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Drain pears and reserve juice. Add water to juice to make 2 cups. Pour juice in saucepan and add Jello. Heat to boiling and remove from heat.

Blend drained pears and cream cheese, add juice and Jello mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Mold and chill. (Makes large salad - may be cut in half for smaller salad.)
