OKRA 
1 pkg. frozen okra, cut
1 lb. beef or lamb, cut in sm. cubes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion
1 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Chop onion thin and fry in oil until golden. Add meat and fry in onion for 5 minutes. Then add tomato sauce, water, garlic and okra cook at low heat until okra is done.
