SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
Pinch of baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. starter

Combine all ingredients. Work into a dough on waxed paper. Roll and cut into 12 biscuits. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned.
