CINNAMON BAKED APPLES 
4 lg. baking apples
4 tbsp. red cinnamon candy

1. Core apples without cutting through bottom skin and peel about 1 inch strip of skin from stem end.

2. Arrange apples in shallow baking dish. Place 1 tablespoon of candy in center of each apple. Microwave on high until apples are tender, 4-6 minutes. Rearrange and turn apples once during cooking. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
