CHOCOLATE - ON CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. oil
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk

Heat butter, cocoa, oil and water together in a saucepan until butter is melted. Mix well. Aerate flour with fork and mix with sugar in a large bowl. Pour heated mix over the flour and sugar; add the eggs and mix together. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk and add to batter. Pour in 10 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until it tests done.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter, add cocoa, milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix together, adding more milk as needed to spread on hot cake. Spread chopped nuts on top.
