SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 green pepper, sliced
4 med. carrots, sliced
1 can pineapple chunks
4 (1") thick pork chops
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cook first 4 ingredients 5 minutes. Add carrots and pineapple; mix together and set aside. Brown chops in oil. Arrange in a single layer in a 9 x 11 inch glass baking dish. Spread pineapple mixture over chops. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
