B.L.T. CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 c. shredded lettuce
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
8 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, cover and chill. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, chicken; toss to mix. Just before serving, place salad on individual plates. Spoon dressing over salad and sprinkle with bacon. Garnish with eggs. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
