"JUICY PIG" SANDWICHES 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 med. sized green peppers, chopped
3 med. onions, chopped
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. prepared mustard
Hamburger buns

Combine meat, chili powder, salt, and cinnamon in skillet. Cook until meat is well browned. Combine tomatoes, green pepper, onions, vinegar, and sugar in saucepan; cook until onions are tender.

Combine meat and vegetable mixtures; simmer 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in mustard mixing well. Spoon onto buns. Freezes well. Yields 12-15 servings.
