CRISPY FISH 
Italian dressing
4 white fish fillets
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste

Marinate fillets for 2 hours or longer in enough salad dressing to cover bottom of marinade dish. Mix corn flakes, cheese and spices. Roll fillets in corn flake mixture. Place fillet on lightly oiled cookie sheet; can use vegetable oil spray like Pam. Bake at 350 degrees until tender, approximately 20 minutes.
