POTATOES STUFFED WITH CRABMEAT 
10 med. baking potatoes
2 sticks butter
1 c. half & half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. green onions, chopped fine
2 (6 1/2 oz.) crabmeat, canned
1 c. mild cheese
Paprika

Scrub potatoes well and bake in a 450 degree oven until done. Cut potatoes lengthwise (cut off top) and scoop out pulp with spoon and mash with butter, cream, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add onions and crabmeat. Fill reserved shells with mixture and top with cheese. Sprinkle on paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. These freeze beautifully!
