FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE PIE 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. plain flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip

1. Melt butter in 13"x9" pan; blend in flour, add nuts and press out to cover bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

2. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip. Blend and spread over crust.

3. Mix pudding, milk and flavoring. Spread over second layer.

4. Top with Cool Whip. Chill for a while or overnight.
