WAIKIKI MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger

Mix well and roll into small balls. Brown in 1 tablespoon oil.

SAUCE:

1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. chopped green pepper

Mix well over medium heat until bubbling. Add meatballs. Heat 1 hour or put in chafing dish and keep hot. Serve with toothpicks.
