BACON AVOCADO DIP 
6 slices bacon
2 ripe med. avocados
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste

Cook bacon until crisp. Break into small bits. Mash avocados to smooth pulp. Add bacon and the rest of the ingredients to avocado pulp. Chill. Serve with chips or celery and carrot sticks. Add "pepper plant" hot pepper sauce if you like more spices in your life.
