CHOCOLATE CHIP OR FRUIT LOAF 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Combine the flour mixture with egg mixture; when completely mixed, add 1 cup (1 large package) of chocolate chips and 1 cup of chopped walnuts. Instead of chocolate chips you can add 1 cup of candied dried fruit.

Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Slice like bread about 5 minutes after taking it out of oven. Serve while warm.

This is true "bread", not cake-like. Good, but I had a more cake-like bread in mind!
