CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
40 to 50 unwrapped caramels melted with 1/3 c. evaporated milk or 4 caramel wraps

Mix cake mix with 1/3 cup evaporated milk and melted butter. Press half of the dough into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on baked dough either spread or lay caramel mixture onto. Put remaining dough on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cut brownies before completely cooled.
