SPIRAL HERB BREAD 
1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped, or 1/2 tsp. dried
2 tsp. fresh tarragon, chopped, or 1 tsp. dried
2 tsp. fresh chives, chopped, or 1 tsp. dried
6 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped, or 1 tsp. dried
1 lb. frozen bread dough defrosted
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Oil 4x8 inch loaf pan and set aside.

Combine herbs. Roll out dough to 11x14 inches. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with herbs and roll up like jelly roll. Pinch ends to seal and place in loaf pan, tucking ends under. Cover, set in draft free place to rise and until double in size, approximately 1 hour. Brush top with remaining butter and bake for 35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
