EXTRA RITZ PIE 
3 egg whites (well beaten)

Add 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar when foamy.

Add 1 cup of sugar slowly.

Fold in 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Add 21 crushed Ritz crackers.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Add 1 cup of chopped pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned (20-30 minutes) in a well buttered pie dish. Cool. Add Cool Whip.
