CRAB QUICHE 
1 baked pie shell
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 yellow onion, sliced
6-8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 can white lump crab meat
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Mix eggs, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Set aside. Saute onion in butter until partially done. Add mushrooms and saute until soft. Stir in egg mixture, cheese and crab. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes until set. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
