1 c. sugar
1 c. light syrup
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir all ingredients together except vanilla. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Store in ice box. Keeps well. Put in microwave to reheat.
