1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (Sealtist)
1/4 c. chopped, toasted almonds
2 tbsp. chopped red maraschino cherries
2 tbsp. chopped green maraschino cherries
1/4 tsp. rum extract (1/2 if like rum flavor)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. M & M candy

Let ice cream soften and add almonds, cherries, extract, and vanilla. Mix well and then fold in M & M's!

Pour into individual fluted paper cupcake forms. Best if placed in muffin tins to hold shape. Freeze. Top with a dab of Cool Whip and a red or green M & M to serve.
