TURKEY BREAST FOR THE BEGINNER 
Turkey breast
1 to 2 onions (med. or 1 lg. onion)
2 to 3 celery stalks
1 apple
2 to 3 carrots

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and pat dry turkey breast. Place any size turkey breast (5 to 6 pound is great for leftovers) in a covered roasting pan. (Spraying inside or the bottom with cooking spray helps turkey not to stick.) Sprinkle turkey breast with pepper and garlic powder. Arrange rest of ingredients around turkey breast. cover with lid and put in oven. Time turkey at 20 minutes per pound. No need to check until time is up.
