TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Frozen tater tots with onion

Brown meat with onion and green pepper, plus salt and pepper. Drain. Pour into casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Spread mushroom soup on top of meat. Add grated cheese, then cover with tater tots. (It is better to thaw tater tots.) Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.
