BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
1 white jiffy cake mix 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.) 2 c. milk, divided 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (3 oz.) Bananas Strawberries 1 carton Cool Whip (9 oz.) Chocolate syrup or sprinkles Make cake mix according to directions on package. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Layer will be thinner then a regular cake. Mix cream cheese with 1 cup milk. Mix well. Add pudding and remaining cup of milk. Mix well. Spread on cooled cake. Top with sliced bananas and strawberries. Spread Cool Whip on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkles. |
