LORING ST. PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, approx. 1" thick
2 tbsp. Lea & Perrins
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
6 tbsp. sweet catsup
Pinch paprika
1 tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 c. water
Salt, pepper & red pepper

Season chops with spices. Heat shortening and brown chops on both sides Add water. Add rest over top. Cover and cook low heat until done.

The best easiest dish. Check to make sure liquids don't evaporate. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans. The boss raved. Total cook time about 1 12 to 2 hours.
