EASY SCALLOPED SALMON 
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (16 oz.) can flaked salmon
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix everything and pour in 9" pie pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with vegetable sauce. (This is frozen creamed peas.)
