2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Sift these three ingredients together.

1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees until done. NOTE: 1 cup walnuts on top of cake before you bake.

ICING:

2 or 1 1/2 cubes butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream

Cook until it forms a ball. While cake is hot poke holes in it with a fork and pour icing over top.
