QUICK AND EASY BAKED BEANS 
1 (40 oz.) can pork and beans
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. dark molasses
1/3 c. catsup
1/2 sm. onion, minced
Sm. amount of water to rinse can depending on how dry beans are

In large bowl combine all of the above ingredients. Pour into 2 quart square or rectangular baking dish. Top with strips of bacon. Bake at 450 degrees for 15- 20 minutes. Then turn oven down to 325 degrees until liquid is absorbed but not too dry. Beans will absorb liquid as they cool.

VARIATION: Sliced hot dogs can be added. Great dish doubled for covered dish suppers. Just pour into foil baking pan. Nothing to carry home.
