FLORIDA ORANGE MERINGUE PIE 
1 c. orange juice
1 c. orange sections, cut in pieces
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. corn starch
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Combine orange juice, sections, grated rind, sugar and cornstarch. Cook on low heat until clear. Add a little hot mixture to beaten egg yolks. Return to hot mixture and cook about 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Blend in lemon juice, butter. Pour into baked pie shell. Be sure filling and shell are both hot or both cold. Cover filling with meringue. Bake in 350 degree oven until lightly browned.
