CHICKEN/HONEY DIPPED 
1 broiler, about 3 lbs, cut into eighths
4 tbsp. butter, butter or vegetable oil
1/4 c. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. honey

Wash and dry cut-up chicken and remove the skin. Melt the butter or put vegetable oil in shallow baking pan. Add remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in the mixture, then arrange in a single layer in same pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and well glazed.
